Rob has done a few jobs for me since moving in to a new house. Nothing has been too much trouble. He fitted a light in a difficult position, despite the issues he had he continued until the job was complete. Found RMF as a local electricians on Google. Even though he had jobs on that day, being local, he was able to make time to come out same day on short notice for an emergency call out. He had an idea of the problem when I explained it to him on the phone, so he was able to begin fixing the problem as soon as he arrived. He was very thorough in doing various checks before solving the problem and giving us some advice before he left. I had an issue with my house alarm very recently where it kept going off overnight, even though it wasn't even armed. My husband is undergoing hospital treatment, and life is pretty stressful already without worrying about upsetting all our neighbours and keeping them (and us) awake.

I rang Rob the next morning after doing a search for an alarm engineer near me. I'd never used him before. He already had a full day's work planned, but I explained the situation and he very kindly agreed to pop round after that to see if he could help me.

He gave me an approximate time he expected to be able to call round, then rang me later that day to confirm the actual time.

On arrival he quickly identified the issue, and he was able to resolve the problem for me there and then.

I'm so grateful to Rob for being an absolute star and making my life that little bit less stressful! He will definitely the first person I contact for any further electrical work I need doing.
