Fire and Carbon Monoxide Protection
The flagship of the Aico range, our 3000 Series offers full circle Fire and Carbon Monoxide (CO) protection, allowing a whole property to be specified with one range.
Each alarm in the 3000 Series is SmartLINK compatible for wireless connection to the SmartLINK Gateway via Radio Frequency (RF), offering remote whole-system data monitoring when property access is unavailable.

The SmartLINK App enables quick and easy installation of alarms and sensors with SmartLINK technology enabling quick and wireless interconnection to the system.
The SmartLINK Gateway will extract data from all connected alarm heads, providing information such as alarm status and end-of-life events through the cloud-based dashboard.
The SmartLINK Gateway is the central hub for data, extracting information from both Fire and Carbon Monoxide alarm systems and Environmental Sensors. With all data in one place, landlords can benefit from remote monitoring of RF Alarms and Sensors to increase efficiency and improved asset management.

View top level data on the main dashboard or drill down for deeper insights to tackle problems, maintain compliance and enable preventative strategies within housing stock.
The Resident App
By empowering residents with their data and personalised insights, you will see an improvement in the maintenance and health of your housing stock with less intervention, while residents can save money by running their homes with energy efficiency in mind.
With the HomeLINK Resident App, residents are provided with a healthy home rating, temperature, humidity and CO2 data, and handy advice on the measures they can take to improve the quality of their home. As well as providing notifications with Fire & CO Alarm testing reminders and alarm activation events.
